Ease Web Video is a video hosting service that had recently changed hands. As part of the transition, the new owners wanted to update the service they provided. At the same time, they wanted a fresh new message that told both new and old customers that they were back in business. Not an easy task, as first we had to find out what that message was before we took it to the masses.

The concept generation process was simple, and involved collaborating with the new owner to gain an understanding of his vision for the business. Once we had this firmly in mind, we could start building out the messages, and then the website.

The website design and content received an update, as well as the introduction video and the sign-up process. I also worked with the client to build out lead capture mechanisms, complete with landing pages, hook documents and contact email sequences.

The result? Easy Web Video received a fresh, vibrant new  look, with copy, content and layouts all designed to promote its personal benefits, while making it easy for visitors to find out more. Not to mention the ability to obtain new clients with a demand generation plan that is truly set and forget.
